Contract Value Multiplier (CVM) is a multiplier to the amount of money offered per year to a player in free agency.
Example: You offer Stephen Curry the following contract: 4 years at $20M per year. Contract value is therefore: $20M x 1.6 (4 year multiplier) = 32.0 points. This means the contract you offered is worth 32.0 points.
Other examples are:
5 years @ 9M = 1.7 x $9M = 15.3 points
1 year @ 13M = 1.0 x $13M = 13.0 points
2 years @ 8M = 1.2 x $8M = 9.6 points
3 years @ 7M = 1.4 x $7M = 9.8 points
ALL BIDS THE MAX DECIMAL POINTS FOR CONTRACTS IS TWO
Ex: John Doe contract you want to bid is 24M, it would be 24 and not 24,000,000.. Ex2: if you wanted to offer 24,540,000M you would put 24.54M
